In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter TRLGDCU), when the User is a consumer, and within a period of three (3) years from the delivery of the product, CARPA DESIGN EUROPE will be responsible for the non-conformities of the purchased items. The "non-conformity" of the product will be understood according to the provisions of articles 115 bis and 115 ter TRLGDCU (compliance with the description, type of good, quantity, and qualities; suitability for the intended purposes; inclusion of accessories, instructions, and packaging). For this purpose, when the User detects a lack of conformity, they must inform CARPA DESIGN EUROPE by completing the warranty document included herein and delivered with the purchased product. The User must send this completed and signed document to CARPA DESIGN EUROPE either via email to info@gobluegoods.com with the subject "product warranty" followed by the contract number, or by postal mail to C/ Duque de Calabria nº4 bajo derecha, 46005, Valencia, in both cases attaching the invoice and purchase contract of the products.

To ensure the product's conformity, the User must make it available to CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, who will collect it from the User's address within 15 days from the receipt of the warranty request. Upon verifying the existence of the product's non-conformity, CARPA DESIGN EUROPE will proceed within a reasonable period to repair the product or, if applicable, replace it, at the User's choice, unless one of these two options is impossible or involves disproportionate costs. If none of the previous actions is possible for CARPA DESIGN EUROPE, the User may request a price reduction proportional to the value of the purchased good. Additionally, the User may request the partial or total termination of the contract when it is not possible to bring the good into conformity, provided that the lack of conformity of the good is not of minor importance.

CARPA DESIGN EUROPE will not be responsible for non-conformities previously informed to the User that were outside the objective conformity requirements. In this regard, the warranty for wallets will not cover normal wear and tear, such as leather wear, or the trigger device and closures, among others. In accordance with current legislation, it will be presumed that non-conformities manifesting within the first three years after receiving the product were present at the time of receiving the product. After this period, the User must prove that the defect was present in the product at the time of receipt.
